La Retomada is an organic farm located in the countryside of San Donato which extends up into the hills of Magliano from the Gulf of Talamone. A countryside shaped by the floods of the Albegna river where an ancient Etruscan settlement was once located. Since 2015, we have been constructing an agro-ecological project in which the principles and techniques of farming can be put into practice in an environmentally sustainable way, safeguarding biodiversity and using traditional farming practices.
